For more than 400 satisfied customers in the industrial field, the motorcycle and bicycle market, ESJOT is working diligently every day with 50 employees and the most modern machinery so that their wheels keep turning.
We manufacture sprockets since 85 years and have developed from small beginnings into a sizable company offering also milled and stamped products. To our customers on nearly all continents we supply more than 5.000 different products based on their specifications. More than 50% export share documents our great potential.
Customers in more than 100 industrial sectors depend on our production in Germany and our daughter company in the US covers the North and South American markets. Our first priority is a dependable handling of orders and great flexibility regarding special wishes of our customers.
Based on customer request we use steel, aluminum, or stainless steel for our production. Different heat treatments and surface protection procedures are outsourced to other experienced sub suppliers Most modern machinery including presses up to 400 tons, CNC milling and cutting robots and complete CNC centers make it possible to react to nearly every customer specification.
