f) Deburring
all parts up to 350 mm outside diam. can be deburred. |

If requested we can do circular welding of parts |
i) Sprocket teeth – 9 machines
Teeth can be made using the following methods:
1.
Milling – all thicknesses up to 350 mm diam;
teeth up to 1” or Modul 6
2.
Punching – all thicknesses up to 150 mm diam.
teeth up to 3/8” or Modul 3
3.
Stamping – all thicknesses up to 6 mm and 350 mm diam.
4.
DIAMOND CUT – all thicknesses from 2-9 mm up to 300 mm diam. |

Industrial Sprockets
We produce industrial sprockets up to a pitch of 1” according to your specs. Single and multiple sprocket assemblies come with high precision teeth which are either stamped, punched, milled, or DIAMOND CUT according to your drawings.

| Axles/Hubs
Axles and Hubs are produced on our CNC - Multiplex machines exactly as per drawing and can be, if so wanted, precisely welded together on our welding robots.

Flanged Bearings
We can supply economic flanged bearings for these axles as per drawing. Motorcycle and Moped Sprockets are sold to manufacturers and wholesalers in Europe and North America
Roller Chains with many different breaking loads compliment our offer to complete drive systems. Motorcycle Mirror Extensions are offered for improved rear vision.
